After narrowly escaping one group of maniacs I headed back to main land Scandinavia and a fresh country, Finland. But not everything is how I remember as the news is covering a story about how the Nazis have had a secret base on the moon for years and are planning to return to Earth.

Darren’s Wednesday Trip into World Cinema – Iceland – Reykjavik Whale Watching Massacre (2009)

In my own feature on Talking Stars, I have decided to go around the world and search for the films people are missing, I will be trying to cover as many different country with this feature, so let’s fasten our seat belts, board the plane and set sail to worlds unknown.

Well I set sail once again leaving Norway behind I headed North to Iceland, I joined another group of tourists from all over the world as we looked to see whales but man did this trip go wrong, when our ship broke down and a fishing vessel offers to help only to chase us around trying to kill us.

Short SaleThis is a horror comedy that has a cameo performance from the great Gunnar Hansen (Leatherface) which does follow a group people being picked off by psychopaths, this is fun and enjoyable in place and is the most likely the only Icelandic film I have seen.

In my own feature on Talking Stars, I have decided to go around the world and search for the films people are missing, I will be trying to cover as many different country with this feature, so let’s fasten our seat belts, board the plane and set sail to worlds unknown.

After spending my week in Sweden and escaping the hands of the evil Hypnotist, I headed just across the border to Norway, in Norway I got to team up with a documentary film crew that were joining forces with a lone hunter claiming he hunts down Trolls in the countryside. With camera in hand I know this week is going to be very interesting for myself.

With our latest guest coming from Sweden I felt it would only be the correct choice to start my world adventure just across the North Sea in Sweden.

The film itself follows a detective working with a famous psychologist to solve the case of a missing person with the only witnesses being a traumatized young boy.
