Talking Stars Podcast S01 E24: ‘Jake Gyllenhaal’

14artsbeat-jake-blog480 From a demonic looking bunny to a left-handed prize-fighter, our actor in this episode has run the gamut of roles. Still very young in his career, he has made more different types of movies than some career actors do in a lifetime.

All three of the blog critics on today’s panel are huge fans of Mr. Gyllenhaal. When it was suggested as a topic for review, we all immediately started throwing out titles. We couldn’t get to all of them in this episode but we covered more than three. Nocturnal Animals is his latest endeavor at the time of posting this. We hope to cover that film in a future episode as well. He definitely prompts discussion in this episode. Hope you can have a listen.

We had fun (as always) recording this for you out there. Please let us know any reactions you have good or bad in the comments. If you like the style of the show and think you’d be comfortable as a guest blog critic, please let us know that as well. To anyone and everyone listening to this show on a regular basis, we express or thanks! and love of course 🙂 This show helps us do what we love: talk about films. Thank you!
